Licencing Options
ACTi offers different licencing opportunities for our end-user clients, including those interested in offering ACTi safety products to their own clients.Standardized Safety Training Programs are designed in accordance to the “International ISO 9000 QA Principles”. our purpose, is to ensure our courseware material content follows the basic principles of this standard. Ensuring that all our material content has proper policies, procedures and instructions in accordance to all applicable standards listed on our audit verification certificate.
On Site Safety Training Programs
This licence is exclusively designed for companies with one to three locations, with a minimum of 75+ personnel. Prerequisite: a resume of their skills and experience, as well attend and successfully complete ACTi’S Overhead Crane Operator & Supervisor courses. Note: We also recommend for all applicable supervisory personnel, to also attend this course, to ensure the safety training received is properly maintained.
ACTi prefers to provide our safety training programs on our client’s site as they are working with lifting equipment they utilize on a daily basis. Working with familiar equipment, course attendees are far more successful in retaining what they learned during the practical assessment of the course program.
Train-The-Trainer Programs
ACTi has several types of licencing Train-The-Trainer programs designed to fit industry’s, national and international needs. All of our courseware and material content is annually audited by an industry expert professional engineer ensuring compliance with the most current published applicable national and international standards.
These programs are uniquely designed for single site and multiple site locations.
We recommend utilizing internal HSE personnel, or supervisors as they are aware of the necessity for monitoring workers. This program can be easily customized to fit your needs.

Lead Train-The-Trainer
This Train-The-Trainer package is designed specifically for large national or international companies/organizations that recognize standards listed on engineering certificates. Further information will be provided on request.
Expected results from ACTi’s safety training programs include:
- Properly trained overhead crane operators
- Knowledgeable management/supervisory personnel to ensure the continuance of the operator’s safe work practices
- Cost recovery, reduction in all related costs
- Traceability for the corporate office
- Compliance to jurisdictional requirements
- Reducing responsibility of liability to the company/supervisory personnel
Site Train-The-Trainer
The “Site Instructor” Train-The-Trainer Licensing program is for up to a maximum of 4 instructors. They are required to attend and successfully complete the above courses as participants prior to attending the T-T-T program. In this course, they are observed as instructors.
Once this training is complete, the company will then designate 1 of the new instructors as a coordinator to work directly with ACTi. The monitoring process makes up the majority of a successful safety training program, as this is the only way the company can develop the required objective proof of due diligence for compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
This ensures they have done everything that is “reasonably practicable” to ensure worker and worksite safety, reducing the responsibility of liability in the event of an accident or injury.

This is our objective evidence of due diligence that “we have done everything reasonably practicable” to ensure our safety training programs meet the minimum compliance requirements of these standards.
Lead Instructor Train-The-Trainer Licencing
The Lead Instructor Train-The-Trainer (T-T-T) program package is specifically designed for large national or international companies/organizations that recognize and utilize applicable industry standards. Upon completion of their Lead Train-The-Trainer program, these “Lead Instructors” are then qualified to train company personnel as “Site Instructors” at all company locations throughout North America.

Site Instructor Train-The-Trainer Licence
The “Site” Instructor” Train-The Trainer is designed for companies and locations with more than fifty personnel. In order to monitor and maintain this crane safety training, it is important to have trained supervisory personnel on-site. This helps to verify that they are continuously monitoring workers to ensure they are following the safe work practices that they have learned. We recommend utilizing HSE personnel, as they already are aware of the requirements for monitoring workers.
The “Site Instructor” Train-The-Trainer Licence is for up to a maximum of four instructors. They are required to attend and successfully complete the pre-requisite courses prior to attending the T-T-T program. In this course, they are observed as instructors.
